An Oracle alumnus, Kiran has spent more than 25 years implementing and extending Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and other enterprise systems. He co-founded XcelPros, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold Partner, and has launched enterprise software for highly regulated industries, where a missed exception can stop a batch or fail an audit.
He is also an avid investor in equities and markets, and brings an investor’s discipline to every engagement: define the return, prove it, then commit more. At Zeak, he turns complex requirements into clear product priorities and a practical path to production.

An Accenture alumna, Bindu has spent 22 years across enterprise technology and operations. She began in SAP Finance and Controlling and grew into finance, supply chain and manufacturing transformation, so she sees a process the way both the CFO and the plant manager do. Over 15 years as a co-founder of XcelPros, she has built products for highly regulated industries.
Today she is furthering her education at the MIT Sloan School of Management and brings that current thinking on strategy and operations into every Zeak engagement. Her strength is finding the business problem beneath the technology request, before anyone writes a line of code.
